A woman was caught walking along a street with a man during her curfew time.

Michelle Hunter then asked the officer who apprehended her “can you not just take me home.”

Hunter, 26, formerly of Adelaide Street, Blackpool, now of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to breaching bail.

Hunter had pleaded guilty to house burglary and been bailed awaiting sentence on the condition she kept a 9pm to 7am curfew.

On December 6, at 10.10pm, a police officer saw her on Central Drive with a man.

Stephen Duffy, defending, said the watch of the man she was with had stopped. He asked someone what time it was and was given the wrong time, so Hunter was late for her curfew.

Magistrates rebailed her.
