A woman locked herself in a bathroom to escape her brother’s behaviour.
Blackpool magistrates heard how ill-feeling between Christopher Lawson and other members of his family came to a head.
Lawson, 20, had been told that he could no longer drive one of the family’s cars as he had been removed from the insurance.
Lawson, of Plainmoor Drive, Cleveleys, admitted breaching the peace. He was bound over in the sum of £200 for 18 months.
Pam Smith, prosecuting, said Lawson lost his temper and began to throw things around the house.
His sister was so upset she locked herself in the bathroom.
Police were called and Lawson was arrested in the back garden.
Lawson apologised for his actions.
