Pam Smith, prosecuting, said police received complaints a woman was running round Topping Street exposing her breasts on March 9 at 5.40pm.

Police arrived to see Manders struggling with two people who were trying to restrain her.

She then got hold of the traffic cones and refused to give officers her details and swore at them.

Suzanne Mugford, defending, said her client had taken a legal high after meeting up with a friend and had acted out of character.
