A wanted sex offender from Blackpool has been arrested, say police.

James Whitley,36, was arrested on Monday in Halifax

James Whitley, 36, of Lytham Road was arrested on Monday in Halifax on suspicion of breach of bail, breach of notification requirements and breach of harassment order.

Police thanked everyone for their help in sharing their appeal.
