Three-year-old child assaulted by waterbomb-throwing motorist in Cleveleys

A three-year-old child has been assaulted by a motorist who hurled a waterbomb from a passing car in Cleveleys.

The child is one of three known people to have been hit by waterbombs, after a car was seen targeting passersby in the Cleveleys and Poulton areas on Saturday evening (June 20).

Officers in Fleetwood said they are investigating the incident and are asking those who witnessed the incidents to contact them.
