A man has been barred from contacting his own mother and step father.

David Stephens was made the subject of a 12 month restraining order by Blackpool Magistrates.
Stephens, 25, of Windsor Place, Fleetwood had admitted racially aggravated threatening behaviour.
He was fined £75 and told to pay £20 victims surcharge.

Tracy Yates, prosecuting, said Stephens had gone round to his parents home demanding money.

When they did not respond Stephens shouted racial abuse at his Bangladesh-born step father.
Trevor Colebourne, defending, “This young man cannot read or write and relies on his parents for money. When it was refused he lost his temper.”
