A man has been banned from St Annes railway station after causing a disturbance there.

Paul Gladden, 33, of North Church Street, Fleetwood, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly at the train station and damaging a heater belonging to Northern Rail on January 2.

He also admitted possessing a blade in public on October 31 and two offences of breaching bail.

Jessica Partington, defending, said Gladden had broken up with his partner and he was living on the streets.

Since causing the damage Gladden had not drunk alcohol.

Gladden was bailed for pre-sentence reports and prohibited from entering St Annes station as a condition of his bail.
