Police 'very concerned' for 15-year-old missing since Saturday

A 15-year-old boy has not been seen since the weekend, sparking an urgent police appeal to find him.

Kyle Sedgwick's family have not seen or heard from him since he left a house in Delaware Road, Layton, at around 6.20pm on Saturday, a spokesman for Lancashire Police said.

He added: "This is very out of character for Kyle and so, combined with his age and the length of time he has been missing, we are very concerned for his wellbeing.

"If you have seen him or know where he is, please make contact with us immediately.

"Similarly, if Kyle himself sees this appeal, we would like to reassure him that he isn't in any trouble and to contact the police or his family so we know he is safe."
