Hide AdHe had been released from prison where he served seven years for rape.
As well as Blackpool, Teasdale has links to other areas of Lancashire as well as Greater Manchester and North Yorkshire.
Officers are hoping the public in those areas may hold the key to returning him to jail.
At the same time they have warned the public against approaching Teasdale themselves, making it clear the best course of action is to alert police.
