A WOMAN was arrested after police were called to her home three times in a day.

Nicola Dey, 53, of Bowland Crescent, Grange Park, admitted breach of the peace and was bound over in the sum of £50 for six months by Blackpool magistrates. She was also ordered to forfeit £25 from a previous binding over.

Tracy Yates, prosecuting, said Day’s boyfriend called police three times to their home on March 26.

Allan Cobain, defending, said Dey’s partner had fallen out with her and he would not let her in.
