A pensioner has admitted making indecent photographs of children with some pictures at the highest level of indecency.

Victor Luscombe, 75, of Rivington Avenue, Bispham, pleaded guilty to three offences of making and one offence of possessing indecent photographs of children. He also admitted one charge of possessing extreme pornography.

The offences took place in Blackpool between September 2010 and May last year. Pam Smith, prosecuting, asked for Luscombe to go to crown court for sentence.

Defence lawyer, Michael Woosnam, said his client had no previous convictions. Luscombe was bailed to appear for sentence at Preston Crown Court on February 3 by Blackpool magistrates. He must not have contact with any child under 18 unless it is supervised contact approved by social services.
