A man has gone missing from Blackpool town centre, sparking a public appeal to find him.
Police said they want to 'check on the welfare' of one-legged Gerry Laidlow, 50, who can usually be seen in and around Queen Street, Talbot Road, and Dickson Road.
Officers did not say when Mr Laidlaw was last seen, but said he was wearing a blue coat, blue jeans, and a trainer. He also uses crutches, and was described as being 5ft9in tall, of a slim build, with a Scottish accent.
Anybody with information on his whereabouts has been asked to call 101, quoting log number LC-20171005-0575.
