Defence lawyer, Allan Cobain, said his client would not indicate a plea to the offence at that stage.

Horn was bailed to appear at Preston Crown Court on June 8 by District Judge Jeff Brailsford sitting at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court.

Horn must live at an address in the resort’s Langdale Road and not contact the neighbour or enter Chadfield Road as conditions of his bail.
