A man has appeared at court charged with stabbing a relative and assaulting his former partner.
Christopher Holgate, of Westmorland Avenue, Blackpool, is charged with causing actual bodily harm to a man at his home on Revoe Street.
The 29-year-old is alleged to have inflicted puncture wounds on the family member with a knife.
He is also accused of causing actual bodily harm to a woman by hitting her with a bag full of beer cans, wounding her above the eye.
Holgate is further accused of stealing two mobile phones and £66 from her.
Blackpool magistrates remanded Holgate in custody.
He will next appear at Preston Crown Court on November 7.
