Men jailed for drugs and burglary offences walk out of Kirkham prison

Two convicted criminals have absconded from HMP Kirkham.

Thomas John Quadrio, 33, and Michael Arthur O’Leary, 34, fled the open prison yesterday and have not been seen since.

Quadrio, 33 is described as 5ft 11in tall, with a slight build, brown hair and blue eyes.

He was sentenced in May 2016 at Chester Crown Court to 60 months in prison for drugs offences. He has links to the Cheshire and Merseyside areas.

O’Leary, 34, who also goes by the names David Barker and Paul Michael Silk, is described as 6ft 1in tall, with a medium build. He has brown hair, blue or green eyes, and a distinctive tattoo of Jesus on his upper left arm.

He was sentenced in April 2016 at Chester Crown Court to three years for burglary and theft. He has links to Manchester.
