Blackpool magistrates have issued a warrant for a 20-year-old man after he failed to attend his latest court hearing.
Jordan Holt, of Derby Road, Blackpool, was due to answer bail at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court in relation to a drug offence.
But police said instead of answering the single charge of possession of amphetamines he disappeared.
Magistrates have now issued a warrant for his arrest and officers have circulated his picture and description.
Insp Jason Richardson, of Blackpool police, said: “I would urge Jordan Holt himself or anyone who knows where he is to contact police directly.
“Jordan was arrested and charged on August 10 with possession of the controlled drug amphetamine.
“He had previously appeared at court and had been granted bail to reappear on Friday. He failed to turn up which resulted in magistrates issuing a warrant for his arrest.”
Anyone with information about Holt’s whereabouts should call police directly on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
