A man was arrested after falling out with some people at a get-together of family and friends.

Callum Blundell, 22, of Troutbeck Gardens, Mereside, admitted being drunk and disorderly and failing to answer bail.

He was fined £30 with £85 costs plus £20 victims’ surcharge by District Judge James Prowse sitting at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court.

Pam Smith, prosecuting, said Blundell’s father called the police on January 11 to complain his son had been kicking at his door and shouting for half-an-hour.

Martin Hillson, defending, said there had been a get-together at Blundell’s parents home.

Blundell had a little too much to drink and rowed with people.
