Man arrested on suspicion of rape
A man has been arrested on suspicion of rape following an incident in Blackpool.
Police were called to a house in King Edward Avenue, close to Gynn Square at 4.55pm on Monday.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said the incident, involving a 43-year-old woman, had taken place inside the property.
A 43-year-old man was taken to Blackpool Police Station and has been questioned by officers.
