Man, 43, was banned from seeing his ex-girlfriend
A police officer spotted a man on a bench with a woman he had been banned from seeing.
Wayne Anyon, 43, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order and a post prison supervision order.
He was sentenced to a nine months community order with up to 10 days supervision by the probation service and fined £10 plus £85 victims’ surcharge by magistrates.
Prosecutor, Martine Connah, said a police officer saw Anyon sat on a bench on the Promenade with his ex having a conversation on June 10.
