A woman woke up one morning to find her former partner had got into her home and was sitting on her bed.

Stanislav Moravcik was heartbroken when his four-year relationship with a woman ended and he found out she was seeing someone else.

After being warned by police not to contact her he stalked her by text and Facebook messages and was seen lurking near her home.

Moravcik, a 47-year-old Slovakian, who makes fishing nets, of Durley Road, Blackpool, pleaded guilty to harassment.

He was bailed for pre-sentence reports with all options including custody to be considered by Blackpool magistrates.

Patrick Nelligan, defending, told magistrates that in the middle of a night out Moravcik said his girlfriend said she was going to the toilet and walked out of his life.

Mr Nelligan added: “He then established she had started a relationship with someone else. He tried to ask her what was going on.

“He is quite heartbroken, but as far as he is concerned the relationship is now over.”
