CASH and cigarettes were stolen during a raid on a newsagents.

Three men approached the newsagents and were able to disable the alarm at the McColl’s newsagents, in Lytham Road, Warton.

They then entered the store room.

Once inside they stole cash and an unknown quantity of cigarettes.

Officers have released CCTV images of three men that they would like to speak to in connection with this incident.

PC Paul Hill, from Kirkham Police, said: “I would appeal to anyone who recognises the people in these images to come forward and contact the police.

“A quantity of cash and cigarettes have been stolen and the people responsible need to be arrested and brought to justice.”

The burglary took place in the early hours of Friday September 14.

Anyone with information is asked to call Kirkham Police on 101.

No personal details are taken, information is not traced or recorded and you will not go to court.
