A HOUSEWIFE told a judge she lost her temper and snapped after her partner had moaned constantly for years about everything.
Sharon Jenskins told Blackpool Magistrates’ Court: “I have been with him for six years and for the last four years he has constantly moaned about everything. I’m sick and tired of it.
“I told him something’s got to give. You don’t love me. Let’s call it a day.
“He promised to stop moaning and he did for two weeks, then he was back to moaning all the time.”
Jenskins, a 36-year-old mother, of Dingle Avenue, Grange Park, admitted breach of the peace and was bound over in the sum of £100 for 12 months by Deputy District Judge Chris Johnson sitting at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court.
Tracy Yates, prosecutor, said police were twice called to Jenskins home on June 13. The second time it was 4pm and Jenskins was shouting and swearing at her partner and pointing her finger in his face. She refused to co-operate with police and kicked out at an officer.
