A man stole fishing gear from a Fleetwood shop.

Antoni Vanes, 48, of Walmsley Street, pleaded guilty to theft. He was bailed to appear for sentence at Preston Crown Court on December 10 by Blackpool magistrates.

Vanes stole fishing gear valued at £40 from Money Traders on July 15.

At the time of the offence Vanes was on a 12-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months for offences of affray and possessing an offensive weapon.
