Ford Transit driver with sprained ankle is arrested in Blackpool
A van driver who had recently come out of hospital for a damaged ankle, was arrested in Blackpool after allegedly driving while testing positive for drugs.

The white Ford Transit, inset, was stopped by police off Warbreck Hill Road in North Shore on Saturday afternoon.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said: “Vehicle stop in Blackpool reveals a driver with a sprained ankle having just been released from hospital.”
The driver was also found to be allegedly disqualified and have no insurance and tested positive for cannabis and cocaine. The Ford was seized and the driver was arrested.
