A man told a police officer he was Henry the Eighth as he reeled about the street.

David Brown, 58, of Gorton Street, Blackpool, pleaded guilty to two offences of being drunk and disorderly.
He was fined £70 with £40 victims’ surcharge but could not pay immediately so Blackpool magistrates said time he had already spent in custody would serve instead.
Pam Smith, prosecuting, said Brown was arrested on June 10 and June 15. When asked his name by an officer he replied: “I’m Henry the Eighth and I’m going to play you about.”
Patrick Nelligan, defending, said Brown had mental health problems.
