A MAN was so drunk he went into a stranger’s home and then fell into a hairdresser’s window.

Matthew Bryson, unemployed, 20, of Dock Road, Lytham, pleaded guilty to causing damage.

He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £250 compensation plus £15 victims’ surcharge by Blackpool magistrates.

Tracy Yates, prosecuting, said Bryson walked into a woman’s home Fleetwood on March 9 at about 9pm.

The woman, a stranger, said he was completely drunk and had got the wrong address.

Bryson left and the woman watched him.

She said he threw his entire body into the window of the nearby Russell’s Hair Salon.

Steven Townley, defending, said Bryson was very drunk and staggering about when he tripped over a ledge and fell into the window recklessly.
