Kanga Kanesh went to the address after his daughter called him saying she was hungry and her mother was in bed.

Kanesh, 45, of Catforth Avenue, Marton, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a non-molestation order. He was fined £65 by Blackpool magistrates.

Prosecutor, Edward Harrison, said Kanesh was put on a non-molestation order on June 3 which banned from contacting his former partner and from going within 100 metres of her home in Ansdell Road.

Nine days later his ex saw him parked across the road from her address. She called police who found Kanesh was only 35 meters from the home. He told officers his daughter had called saying she was hungry and her mummy was in bed.
