An appeal has been launched after several vehicles were damaged on a residential road in South Shore, say police.

The incidents happened in the Stoke Avenue area near to Belmont Road at around 3.30pm on July 7.

It is has not yet been revealed by police exactly how many vehicles were involved or what damage was caused.

Police are now appealing for help in identifying two people who they believe may be able to help with their investigation.

A spokesman for Blackpool Police said: "We need your help in identifying the male and female shown in the photograph due to a number of vehicles which were damaged in the Stoke Avenue area of Blackpool.

"Any information please contact PC 3198 Evans."
