A boyfriend was arrested for the third time after he upset his girlfriend once again.

Denver Varley, 50, of Devonshire Road, Blackpool, pleaded guilty to breach of the peace. He had two previous offences of breaching the peace.

Varley was fined £200 and bound over in the sum of £100 for 12 months by Blackpool magistrates.

Chrissie Hunt, prosecuting, said police were called to the home of Varley’s girlfriend on January 20.
She was upset because he would not leave.

Varley then agreed to go and was warned by an officer not to return that night.
Later the police were called back to the same address. Varley had returned and was again refusing to leave.

Brett Chappell, defending, said Varley, who had had too much to drink that night, apologised to his girlfriend and the police.
