A man accused of supplying heroin has made his first appearance at court.

Steven O’Neill, 41, of Banks Street, North Shore, faces two charges of supplying heroin and one charge of being concerned in the supply of heroin at Blackpool between November 6 and December 4 last year.

Martine Connah, prosecuting, asked for the case to be heard at crown court.
Defence lawyer, Tony O’Brien said his client would not indicate a plea at this stage.

O’Neill was bailed to appear at Preston Crown Court on July 18 by Blackpool magistrates.
