Banned driver '“ who had been drinking '“ crashed car into tree
A banned driver got behind the wheel and crashed his car into a tree.
This dramatic image was released by Lancashire Roads Police unit after last night’s crash in Hambleton, near Blackpool.
The car left the road a hit a tree, whereupon the driver fled.
When he was tracked down by police a short time later he was found to have been drinking, and was already serving a driving ban.
He has been arrested.
