Detectives are investigating a “suspicious” fire outside a Fleetwood home.
A caravan was completely destroyed in a blaze on Silvia Way in the early hours of this morning.
Firefighters were called at around 3.40am following concerns for the safety of the person in a nearby house.
An arson investigation is now underway.
A spokesman for Lancashire Fire and Rescue said: “Fire engines and crews from Fleetwood and Bispham were mobilised to the incident.
“Firefighters used two hose reels and one main jet to extinguish the fire.
“The fire also damaged three motorcycles, two vans and inflicted some external damage on two adjacent houses.
“The fire is thought to have been started deliberately. There were no casualties.”
Det Sgt Simon Pritchard, of Blackpool CID, said: “The caravan was empty at the time and there were no injuries.
“The fire was deemed to be suspicious and an investigation is underway.
“If anybody saw anything at around 4am this morning, please get in touch.”
No arrests have been made.
