A man reported to police for ‘kicking off’ at home refused to calm down after officers arrived.

Stewart Bailey, 36, of Chatsworth Avenue, Fleetwood, pleaded guilty to breach of the peace.

Pam Smith, prosecuting, said police were asked to attend Bailey’s home
on November 24 about 8pm.

His partner and daughter were there as well as the police, but he refused to calm down.

Officers spent 15 minutes trying to calm him, but he took no notice of their advice and was eventually arrested.

Bailey told magistrates: “It doesn’t matter what I say, they always win.”

Bailey was bound over in the sum of £100 for 12 months by Blackpool magistrates.
