POLICE are appealing for information to help trace a man wanted for recall to prison.

Lee Hardcastle, 40, formerly of Cocker Street, Blackpool, was last seen on October 15.

He was originally sentenced to three years and two months in jail for a sex offence against a girl aged under 16.

Hardcastle, who has links to Fleetwood, is also known as Lee Sagar, Michael Broomhall, Lee Anderson and Lee Roskell.

He is currently on police bail in relation to a break-in on October 15 at Fleetwood where a safe was stolen.

As a result of this arrest, Hardcastle, who has numerous previous convictions for burglary and vehicle theft, is wanted for recall to prison.

It is believed he is aware the police are looking for him as he has swapped his car at least three times and has vacated his flat.

Anyone with information should call the police on non-emergency number 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
