Jewellery and watches worth tens of thousands of pounds have been stolen from a house in Anchorsholme.

Around £100,000 worth of designer watches, necklaces, bracelets and earrings, along with handbags and an X-Box console, were stolen from an address on Goldstone Drive sometime between 10.30pm on August 23 and 8pm on August 24.

PC Martin Coley, of Fleetwood Police, said: “This incident has left the victim incredibly upset and shaken. No one should have to suffer having their home raided by thieves and we are keen to trace both the jewellery taken and those that took it.

“If you have any information about the incident we would ask you get in touch as soon as possible. Maybe you have an idea who the offenders may be, were in the area during the relevant time period and saw something that seemed suspicious, or perhaps you’ve been offered some jewellery for sale which matches that stolen.

“Whatever you know we would urge you to contact us as soon as possible.”

The stolen jewellery includes Omega watches, Breitling watches, Tag Heuer watches, a Rolex watch and diamond necklaces, bracelets and earrings.

Anybody with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting log number 1475 of August 24.
