Clitheroe sexual assault - man remanded in custody
An 18-year-old man appeared before Burnley Magistrates’ Court on Monday charged with sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl.
Dylan Mawdsley (18), no fixed address, is charged with sexual assault on a female contrary to the Sexual Offences Act 2003. He was remanded in custody and will appear at Burnley Crown Court on Thursday, October 30th.
