Chip pan fire at flat
Firefighters were called to a chip pan on fire at a ground floor flat in Caunce Street, Blackpool, at 6.38pm on Sunday.
The blaze caused serious damage to the kitchen area and smoke-logged the rest of the property.
The male occupant of the house suffered some smoke inhalation, but declined hospital treatment.
