Centre bosses say small pool is still open today
Bosses at Moor Park Health and Leisure Centre in Bispham say the small pool at the swimming baths remains open as usual today after reports that the facility was to close for the day.
One woman contacted the Gazette to say the amenity was to close for the day due to health and safety reasons connected to the larger pool.
The operators declined to issue a statement but said the small pool was still open and fully operational until closing time at 5.30pm and that the larger pool was not open to the public due to a private booking.
