The boss of a caravan site in Little Eccleston has made his first appearance at court accused of breaching the conditions of his site licence.

It is alleged the Larbreck Gardens site on Garstang Road had spaces which were too small between some caravans, some roads which were not wide enough, there was no emergency telephone and a locked toilet block.

David Kirkham, 70, of White House Lane, Great Eccleston, denied four offences of failing to comply with a condition of the site licence between August and September last year. The prosecution, brought by Fylde Borough Council, was adjourned to July 14 for trial by Blackpool magistrates.
