Car smashes into railings at busy Blackpool junction
A car smashed into railings at a busy junction in South Shore this morning, causing traffic delays.
The blue Ford Focus suffered serious damage to its front – while the railing was also wrecked – in the accident, which police said happened at around 8.45am at the junction of St Annes Road and Watson Road.
Nobody was seriously hurt, a spokesman for Lancashire Police said, and no arrests were made.
