Emergency services were called out after a car ended up on the tram tracks at Cleveleys.
Ambulance and police crews attended at the scene on Crescent West just after 2pm yesterday following reports a car had struck the barrier.
Thankfully no trams were operating in the immediate vicinity at the time of the incident.
A fire engine was also dispatched to the scene amid fears the driver may have been trapped but they were able to make their own way out of the vehicle.
The car was later removed from the tracks by a recovery team.
The driver is not believed to have suffered any serious injuries as a result of the collision which was captured on camera by a passer-by.
