Blackpool property management company All in Property has expanded its management team in anticipation of further growth in 2015.
And the company has completed a £300,000 move which involved the complete refurbishment of a 9,000 sq ft premises at Bristol Avenue business park in Bispham.
The company was founded in 1997 by managing director John Boardman who established its maintenance division a decade later.
It specialises in handling property stock, working in partnership with lenders, receivers, asset managers and insolvency practitioners.
Amanda Luby has been promoted to operations manager and joining her on the management team is Charlotte Saunders who has been promoted to office supervisor.
Amanda has been with All in Property for more than eight years and has played a significant role in ensuring the business is a leader in its field. In addition, Amanda is the company’s safety, health, environmental and quality (SHEQ) manager and also has a Postgraduate Diploma in safety and risk management.
She is also a graduate member of IOSH, holds an NVQ in occupational health and safety, and is NEBOSH qualified. Charlotte joined the company in 2007 as an office assistant and has since amassed an extensive knowledge of all departments, working in accounts, possessions and property care.
In her new role, Charlotte will oversee the day-to-day running of the office and supporting senior management.
