An energy management consultancy part of a St Annes-based group has won an award for the best customer service of its kind in the UK.
Inenco Direct, which has offices in Merseyside but is part of the Inenco Group, picked up the Small and Medium Sized Enterprise honour at the inaugural Energy Live Consultancy Awards.
The Inenco group manages more than £3.2bn of gas and electricity for major customers and operates across the UK and overseas.
Among its clients are companies such as Marks & Spencer, Matalan, Kellogg’s and the Spirit Group.
Inenco Direct is this year marking 20 years of working with and helping small and medium-sized companies across all sectors of industry and commerce.
