Blackpool specialist holiday firm RiverCruising.co.uk has won a national customer service award.
The Highfield Road company picked up a Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award, an independent honour that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences as rated by customers.
Created by Feefo, the Trusted Service label is awarded only to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews.
This feedback is collated by the Feefo review platform, and the accolades are awarded based upon performance.
RiverCruising.co.uk collected 50 reviews between January 1st 2016 and December 31st 2016, and achieved a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0.
