Boy, 9, hurt in police collision
A nine-year-old boy escaped with minor injuries after colliding with a police car.
The boy suffered the injuries on Dickson Road at 7.35pm on Wednesday, police say.
Paramedics attended the scene. A Lancashire Police spokesman said: “At this point it appears the incident does not need to be referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission.”
