In particular, their themed desserts have become a much-anticipated feature of the glittering event and a closely guarded secret. Last year’s featured an edible replica of the BIBAs statuette.

The Be Inspired Business Awards is run by the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce. It focuses on the best of Lancashire businesses who have been through the rigour of the application, interview and judging process just to be there on the night.

Chef director Paul Rowley said “As a Lancashire business we focus on sourcing the best of local produce and the menu this year certainly celebrates the best of the county’s sea and farm fare.

“We spend a lot of time planning and developing the menu and particularly the sweet course and every BIBA’s we aim to surpass the year before and we’re really excited about the dish we have created this year – we know BIBA’s guests will love it”.

“Working with Campbell and Rowley has been a pleasure, their creativity and professionalism and of course delicious food are just some of the reasons that we have chosen them again as our catering partners for the BIBA’s.”

Director Lindsay Campbell, who is also a BIBAs judge said “We are so proud to be catering again for the BIBAs in the wonderful surroundings of the Tower Ballroom in our hometown. The team get caught up in all that special BIBA’s excitement.”
