Dean Guest admitting putting others in fear of their safety and was ordered to pay £210 in fines and costs.

Angus Craigen, prosecuting, said Guest had gone to his mother’s home in Blackpool where he was not welcome.

She refused him entry and he started to bang on the windows.

She rang her other son for help and he arrived with his friends.

A fight developed between the brothers which only ended when police were called.

Steven Townley, defending, said his client had come of worst and had suffered a badly injured eye which needed hospital treatment.

Guest had spent three days in the cells after being arrested.

Because he had no money to pay the fine magistrates ruled that iit could be waived because of his time in custody.
