The incident happened at around 5.50pm on Wednesday, November 19, at the Morrisons store on Amy Johnson Way, Blackpool.

Officers have only just released details of the incident.

The youth was asked to leave the shop along with a group of other youngsters, after customers had complained about them.

As the security guard escorted them out of the shop, the youth is said to have shouted racist remarks before running away.
