Air ambulance lands in Anchorsholme after reports of man falling from roof
An air ambulance has landed in Anchorsholme after a man reportedly fell from a roof this afternoon (August 28).
Emergency clinicians onboard the helicopter have rushed to a home in Wingate Avenue after touching down near a building site in Warren Drive at around 12.30pm.
The man is understood to have fallen from a roof, with initial reports suggesting that was conscious when paramedics arrived at the scene.
North West Ambulance Service has been approached for comment.
