Blackpool Council is hosting a fostering and adoption event next week.
People will get chance to learn more about the process and be able to ask questions.
It takes place on Tuesday at Blackpool Sports Centre between 5pm and 7.30pm.
A council spokesperson said: “Our friendly and experienced adoption and fostering teams regularly hold dedicated information events for those interested in adoption.
“People are invited to come along and get the chance to learn about the process, the different stages and the time it may take to complete.
“They can also get an insight into our services that are available to our foster carers and adopters and their families.
“There is an opportunity to sit down and chat with one of our qualified and experienced team members, asking any questions you may have.
“Our events are informal and pressure free - there is no need to attend the entire session, please come along at a time that is convenient to you.”
People can drop in at any time during the session.
